Your information will only be used for the purpose of maintaining the 'Ask Sherlock' online directory of community and voluntary groups. Your personal information will be held on a database for the life time of your entry, during which time it will be used to administrate the record of your organisation. If your details are not updated after a period of 12 months, you will be contacted to confirm the accuracy of your data and whether it should be retained.

However Portsmouth City Council cannot and does not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or claim arising directly or indirectly for any error or inaccuracy in any of the material in this directory.
