Your information will only be used for the purpose of maintaining the 'Ask Sherlock' online directory of community and voluntary groups. Your personal information will be held on a database for the life time of your entry, during which time it will be used to administrate the record of your organisation. If your details are not updated after a period of 12 months, you will be contacted to confirm the accuracy of your data and whether it should be retained.
