The Highbury City of Portsmouth Centre (HCPC) opened in 2008 and is a state-of-the-art building with realistic work areas for lessons and training in a wide range of vocational areas including Catering, Travel, and Health & Childcare. Facilities include a library, IT Flexi Centre, and 80 kiosk-style Internet stations.
